The free listing is to a maximum of $10,000.00, and must be commenced prior to December 31, 2008. This cannot be applied towards the “Selling” realtor’s fees, even if the Ross Team ends up being both the listing and the selling realtors for the home. If a listing is worth more than $10,000, then any amount over the maximum $10,000 value of the certificate is payable to the Ross Team. Listing value is calculated using the Calgary Real Estate Board's standard fee schedule. Only valid for residential listings. Only valid for homes in Calgary and Okotoks, no other municipalities. Valid for ONE home only and cannot be combined with more than one listing. Valid for a home or condominium home only. There is no carry-over credit for listings that do not utilize the full $10,000 value.
This is FULLY TRANSFERRABLE to another person (friend or family) who is listing their home, and does not need to be used by the person who won the bid on this certificate.
